Alicorp
Alicorp is committed to the development, manufacturing and sale of food products and mass consumer products, industrial consumables, balanced animal feed, fats and flours, and other products. Today, Alicorp is present in over 16 countries and operates its own facilities in Argentina, Ecuador and Colombia.
Industrias del Aceite S.A.
Industrias del Aceite produces soybeans and sunflower seeds, and sells crude oils, hydrogenated oils, and soybean and sunflower cakes for the industrial sector. The company also sells refined soybean and sunflower seed oils and high-quality lards and margarine for Bolivian consumers.
Palmas
The Palmas Group is one of the strongest groups in the agro-industrial sector, and is the largest operation in the country focused on the development, cultivation and industrialization of palm oil. Applying high quality and environmental standards, the activities of Palmas del Espino, Industrias del Espino and Agropecuaria del Shanusi directly and indirectly generate around 3,000 jobs and bring major benefits to the communities located in the scope of influence of the Group’s operations.
Primax
Primax was created in the merger of Romero Trading’s fuels division and the Chilean national oil company (Empresa Nacional de Petróleo de Chile, ENAP), in order to acquire Shell Peru’s fuel business. Today, the company is the leading seller of fuel in Peru.
Minka
The shopping centre Minka first launched operations in 1999, with 340 commercial stands, primarily from the food sector, in a total surface area of 50,000 m2. Over time, the format shifted to a combination of traditional and modern shopping models. In 2006, Minka locked in its position as the largest commercial area in Peru, attracting an average of approximately 1.2 million visitors per month. Minka operates Plaza del Sol, the top shopping center in Piura.
Ransa
Ransa was incorporated in 1939 by Anderson Clayton Co., under the name Reprensa Algodonera y Almacén Nacional S.A. In 1970, the company was acquired by the Romero Group, subsequently changing its name to the current one. Ransa offers logistics services including storage, customs clearing, transport, horizontal distribution and shipping company services. Ransa has entered into alliances with global foreign trade operators in order to provide comprehensive logistics solutions for its clients. The company also provides cold and frozen storage for all types of food products.
Terminal Internacional del Sur S.A.
Terminal Internacional del Sur manages the Matarani Port in Arequipa. This port is the second-largest port along the Peruvian coastline, as it handles all the commerce from the wider Southern region and channels a large part of products from Bolivia to the Pacific. The port is on a par with its Chilean counterparts in Arica, Antofagasta and Iquique.
Consorcio Naviero Peruano
Consorcio Naviero Peruano was founded in 1959 as a national and international maritime cargo transport service specialized in regular line services (containers and loose loads) and bulk loads. In Peru, the Consorcio represents Compañía Sudamericana de Vapores (CSAV), one of the most important shipping groups worldwide. This company has provided global transport services for over 132 years, with a strong presence in routes connecting South America to the rest of the globe.
Tramarsa
Founded in 1990, Tramarsa is the leading port operator in Peru. The company offers a complete range of national port services: maritime agency services, tugboat services, pilotage, loading and unloading of all types of shipments, container and liquids storage terminals, rescue and refloating services, and maintenance of underwater structures. All these activities are carried out through a network of 11 regional headquarters, strategically located along the Peruvian coastline.

Cogesa offers high-quality services to Group companies at competitive prices and helps ensure savings and corporate synergies for the Group.
Agrícola del Chira
Caña Brava is formed by three Romero Group companies that focus exclusively on manufacturing ethanol from sugar cane. The sugar cane is grown on the companies’ 6,500 has of dessert soil, irrigated through drip techniques that maximize the water available in the Chira valley. In 2009, the ethanol plant was opened and the first ethanol exports were made, with the initial shipment (6,320 tons) leaving the Paita Port for Rotterdam (Holland).
Sitel
Sitel began operating in 2006. This Romero Group company offers a number of telecommunications services, including national and international long-distance calling.
Pesquera Giuliana
Pesquera Giuliana
In April 2009, the Romero Group entered the fishing sector by acquiring Pesquera Giuliana and, through that company, Pesquera Lila (fish flour and canned fish plant) and Pesquera Hamer, all located in Chimbote (Ancash). In 2009, the Group acquired a third fish flour plant in Chancay, along with a frozen foods plant in Chimbote.
